What you are buying

You are paying for hands-off payment infrastructure. We bring the processor and gateway accounts, AI-powered KYC run by our team, vertical-tuned payment cloaking, and UK Ltd formation when you need a new entity opened. Not a plugin. Not a SaaS subscription. Our team configures your stack. Your store starts processing. You keep selling. You do not touch KYC or processor onboarding.

The deliverable is your store running cleanly through SumUp, Revolut Business, Stripe, or another matched processor under the cloaked arrangement, with cards and wallet rails (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay) where supported. Identity verification for those accounts is included and operated by us.

• Full stack ($4,500 upfront + 15% on all transaction volume). We bring the processor and gateways, AI-powered KYC, vertical-tuned cloaking, full card and wallet rails, and UK Ltd formation when you need it (formation fees included). 15% on all transaction volume applies. This is ongoing, not a one-time fee.

Full upfront payment before work starts. Crypto preferred (BTC, USDT TRC-20 or ERC-20). Card via invoice on request.

AI KYC

Your team does not complete processor KYC. We bring our own AI-powered KYC system and we run identity verification as part of every Full stack engagement.

That covers document checks, biometric match, and liveness where Stripe, Revolut Business, SumUp, or similar rails require it. AI handles the first pass. Our operators review edge cases before anything lands in a processor queue.

You do not create processor accounts, upload selfies, or chase rejection emails from identity flows. KYC is included and operated by us. That is the point of hands-off.

Entity requirements

You do not need a UK Ltd to work with us. You can bring an existing US LLC, UK Ltd, or other company entity. We work with what you already have.

We only open UK Ltds. If you need a new entity formed, our team handles UK Ltd incorporation. Formation fees are included in the Full stack upfront. We do not form US LLCs or other entity types on your behalf.

Identity for incorporation and processor onboarding runs through our KYC stack. We manage technical integration, account structure, and ongoing infrastructure.

What we need from you to start

Submit the qualification form or reach us on Telegram with:

• Store URL or project description.
• Stack: WooCommerce, Shopify, Next.js, custom PHP, headless, etc.
• Vertical. Be honest. We have probably seen it.
• Company entity status: existing LLC, existing Ltd, need UK Ltd opened, or not sure.
• Processor history: banned, never had an account, launching fresh, scaling up.
• Monthly volume estimate.

After quote acceptance: store admin access and hosting credentials. We handle processor and KYC credentials from our side. Confirmed before payment.

Engagement flow

1. Qualify and scope. Intake form or Telegram. Our team confirms fit and sends a fixed Full stack quote.
2. Payment and access. Full $4,500 upfront plus confirmed 15% processing fee terms. You grant store and hosting access we confirmed in step one.
3. We bring entity, AI KYC, gateways, and cloaking. We open a UK Ltd if needed, run identity verification through our KYC system, onboard SumUp / Revolut Business / Stripe or matched rails, and integrate vertical-tuned cloaking. Your team is not in that loop.
4. Test charges. Real end-to-end test charges before handoff. Buyer experience, settlement, and processor-side view all verified.
5. Handoff. Written documentation of what changed, where, and what to watch for. Walkthrough on Telegram.
6. Post-delivery support. Support on Telegram included. Review-response work if your processor sends an email.

Typical Full stack engagement runs 5 to 10 business days from payment to live processing. UK Ltd formation (when needed) and gateway onboarding are the long poles. Because we run AI KYC in-house, identity verification is not blocked on your team's availability.

What to avoid post-delivery

Processors run continuous risk scoring. The cloaking buys a clean view at the start. Your behavior on the account determines how long it lasts.

Things processors watch:

• Sudden volume spikes. Ramp, do not jump from $0 to $50k in week one.
• Refund ratios above 5% where avoidable.
• Chargeback ratios above 1%. Above 2% gets accounts frozen.
• Customer complaints filed directly with the processor.
• Velocity changes with no public-side explanation.
• Consistent billing and shipping country mismatches.

The 15% fee

Full stack includes a 15% fee on all transaction volume. This covers ongoing account management, AI KYC and infrastructure overhead, and processor relationship work. It starts once you go live. Exact terms are confirmed in your quote before kickoff.

After included support ends, options include:

• Continue on the 15% fee structure.
• Monthly retainer for standby account management and review response.
• Per-incident repair when something specific needs fixing.

Refund policy

No refunds once work has started. Payment is fully refundable up to kickoff if scope turns out to be wrong and we cancel before our team touches anything. Once access is granted and setup work begins, payment is non-refundable.

If we cannot deliver what was scoped, full refund and we walk away. This has not happened, but it is the deal.
